Our work as Vendor Advocates sees us handling all selling requirements from the word go. This starts with choosing an agent and overseeing the sale of your property from inception to completion. We facilitate the agent selection process, then oversee strategy, marketing, negotiation and administration... comprehensively covering the effort from listing to final settlement.  

The cost of this service is split between the agent and Wheller Property Consultants with no additional cost to the vendor.  

Working as Buyer Advocates, we take on all the research and exploration that goes into purchasing your next (or first) property. We take your property brief and go about finding, inspecting, assessing, negotiating and administering the purchase ...significantly reducing the time and stress for home-buyers and investors alike. 

This service is offered at a flat-fee with no hidden charges or percentage-based arrangements.

Simon Wheller

Director and Founder

A multi award-winning agent and former Director with the highly-respected Buxton Real Estate Group, Simon has operated at the highest levels of the industry and built a network of Melbourne’s most powerful and successful real estate names. As a key part of the Buxton Bentleigh team, Simon helped oversee the largest market share in the Glen Eira area; working with vendors and buyers in one of Melbourne’s most competitive markets. 

A consummate real estate professional with a rich understanding of the market and its motivators, Simon’s advice and advocacy is grounded in real-world experience ...from the grass-roots, to blue-sky results.  

Over his time in the industry, Simon has helped hundreds of families and investors make their property decisions and dozens of first-home buyers achieve their property goals. Steph is a Melbourne-based property consultant helping clients buy and sell property with confidence and clarity. Known for her friendly, thoughtful and considerate approach, Steph works closely with her clients to guide them through every stage of the property journey.


With a foot and heart in both Bayside and the Mornington Peninsula, Steph brings a wealth of local knowledge to the table. Specialising in Inner Bayside and the Peninsula, she helps clients navigate the Melbourne market and down the coast — whether they’re purchasing a family home, investment property or holiday escape, or preparing a property for sale.


Steph is passionate about property and enjoys helping clients make informed decisions at every step. With a background in marketing and sales, she combines strong negotiation skills with a personal and supportive approach, ensuring her clients feel informed, comfortable and well looked after throughout the process.
